People who make their characters quote canon lines word for word for reasons that aren't as an interesting/ironic callback. You can be in character without actually re-enacing the canon, guys.
There's this player in my fandom that does this and it pisses me off to no end. I can understand if it's a catch phrase or something that the character uses more than once, but bringing in stupid in-jokes that make no sense in context is just stupid.
i don't know. i don't do it often and i've probably only done it maybe 3-5 times the entire time i've played my char, but once in a while, a canon line fits in pretty damn well.
