When players come and whine about another player not posting to an HMD or not having an anon on/IP off HMD in their journal. 9 times out of 10, its just players who want to use the HMD to hassle or flame another player.
Seriously though, what makes people think we can police that? Unless the game has a mandatory HMD or they were verbally abusive while logged in, there's really nothing we can do. If you have a burning need to crit them, PM or PP or contact them through AIM or e-mail. If you have a burning need to do it anon, get a sock.
