now throw 40 people in to a game that all have that mentality
no you're definitely right but i don't know what the fuck ayrt was talking about, they went on some weird customer service rant that isn't even applicable

the point is that rpers/customers don't want either thing in this case, they just want someone to pat their ass and give them exactly what they want, when they want it. they want doormats, not professionalism/service
