The plot is "set in stone"? Um. No. It never should be in an RP. This is not a book, a fanfic, a movie, or a console RPG. The mods should be prepared to be able to change things, especially when it hasn't even started yet.

The general plot's a done deal, yeah, but the actual events should play out organically. Quite a few times I've been thrown curveballs by players in tabletop session and had to be ready to rework things around it.
