or you could just. avoid the fate/s? reserves have been open an hour and there's already a ton of people, so i can't believe avoiding would be impossible.
slightly related but on the plus side, with reserves required for apping, at least there will be no surprise last-minute spur-of-the-moment apps. anyone who wants to app will have to be on that list before apps open.
