I doubt anyone on here cares about this show, but I am so done with it. I am sick of the 'Let make Jenna look more and more awful to make her look like she doesn't deserve ~Matty.'

ah, ok. i see what you're saying now, and i completely agree. if it's not an actual ship, there is zero obligation whatsoever to go with it if the other player doesn't care to.
even if it is an actual ship, there isn't obligation. it's nice, however, to work something out where it makes sense for them not to be together ic beyond an ooc, "i hate the ship. deal with it."
like someone else said, pick a canon point before the ship if it bugs you, because nobody has the right to control who gets apped into a cast and had best be prepared to deal with the ic fallout if the way they handle not wanting the canon ship is ooc.

Airi's changed her identity three or four times now but hasn't learned a thing from any of it. Quix is no angel in this situation, but as someone who watched Airi pull this in other games? This entire thing is Airi's MO to a T. She harrasses and harangues people passive-aggressively to get her way. She'll accuse someone of invalidating her feelings when they were trying to explain why something made them uncomfortable or offering a differing point of view. And like in the pastebin, she'll tell you how you're feeling and how what you're doing is wrong while gaslighting you until you feel guilty and give in, insisting that she's not doing anything you're telling her she's really blatantly doing.

yeah, that's probably what I did. keeping up with the wankdashians is hard when you're at work.
i thought that name sounded familiar. considering everything she's done to her own friends and rp partners, quix and airi deserve each other.
I stopped reading Spider-man when they fucked over MJ and Peter's marriage. And I'd been buying all of the different series each month up until then. I was waffling on sticking around anyway by that point but when that trainwreck happened I set it all down and walked away with relief. Peter's marriage and dealing with adult life was what had interested me in the first place and not every writer knew how to deal with MJ but at least she wasn't an accessory. She had her own plotlines and life and dealing with things too and I really enjoyed the times she got pulled into the 'hero' side of Peter's life and the way she handled herself. Take a baseball bat to the Chameleon? Check. Escape Kaine on her own? Check. Face down thugs on the subway because Peter's sleeping and don't you dare do something that's going to wake him up? checkmate. I thought killing Aunt May had been ballsy (the whole 'it was an actress' was bullshit) and a great way for the comic to develop but nope. Reset everything and in the most stupid of ways.
I like popcorning to shit but damn that's something else. How long did this conversation even take? I can't imagine myself investing hours of my time like they did omg
