it's so easily avoidable, tho? all the mods have to do is control the number of players, and have an actual plotline set up from the getgo. it can be flexible, of course, but without a skeletal structure, of course the game fucking crushed itself under the weight of so many players, and that isn't the players' faults.

i joined before it got bloated and strangled itself, and i'm pissed that mods keep letting this shit happen.
