this is a logical fallacy: most people you know were your age, or you believed them to be your age, therefore everyone else must have been the same

as the person arguing with above anon, i admit i was guilty of that too. since most of my peers were 20somethings, my kneejerk reaction to this was that op and the other anon were either undergrads or neets

that's basically what I meant like I know I said most of us in a flippant way, but mostly to point out to you that there were lots of different age groups here at the time and in my case a lot of edgy teenaged types who lol kek'd at "normies" online because we were anime nerds

What I'm saying is that we were all cringe and that didn't stop because you were in post grad or whatever.

honestly i can't remember interacting with any teenagers being around in the 2010s era of dwrp except for maybe a few college freshmen here and there. where the fuck were you guys hanging out?

I finished HS in '10 and lots of my friends (and me) were still here, after being on LJ/DW since we were around 13ish? Maybe we just liked different games than you guys did.

finished HS same year as you, was already rping on LJ for years beforehand. i had rp friends who were my age and rp friends who were in their 20s.

there were a LOT of teenagers in LJRP/earlier days of DWRP when the migration happened. high schoolers and new college students were plentiful. rpers in their 20s and 30s were my mentors and friends, but i had scores of other teens from rp added to my LJ and plurk

I graduated high school in '00. Reading this comment made my uterus shrivel up into a single raisin.
