Yeah it's one thing to not understand the language or what a term means but then they double down on how it's cringe and bad to use the language or the term. I wonder if anon would act the same way if it was something Eurocentric like Swedish or French or something.

this isn't even a hypothetical, we've had games that use norse and gaelic and latin terminology and nobody ever bats an eye, so what's so different about japanese that suddenly makes it cringe?*
