how would anyone use this maliciously or to game the system, though

what dastardly plot could anyone do with "i had a door pass but used the random option and then backtracked when i got the one i didn't want" that couldn't be accomplished more easily with just

if people start bringing up completely unrelated scenarios like "i've been in game 3 months and didn't know about door passes, can i pls change" just say no.

I don't disagree entirely (though I don't feel too bad for this particular player because...really, how do you fuck that up?) but this is the Dup mod's MO and by now everyone in game should be aware that they'll have to deal with it or find another game.

These mods don't compromise, period. They aren't flexible, even when it comes to dumb things like wing aesthetics during an event. It's not my preferred style of modding but that's how they choose to run their game and if the premise appeals to you, you're going to have to accept an environment with less flexibility.
