Discord would not let Luc air his stinky laundry to 200 people because Luc believes whole hog that this is a legitimate "player-led discussion" and that this is genuinely acceptable criticism of other players and not bullying. Let's not forget that Luc thinks that because he got bullied in life he has a PhD in oppression and understands it better than anyone else.

It makes more sense when you understand that none of these people think they did wrong nor is sorry.
