My point is that multiple job tenures of under two years used to be considered job hopping. Even two years is certainly not at a place is not what I’d call “a long haul”. It’s increasingly more common for people not to be at a job for a long time, especially as some skills are in demand, and many companies are aware and adjusting to this shift by playing a better ball game to retain or making adjustments to staffing. The days of expecting someone to be at a place for long time is diminishing.
