what victims do or don't do has no impression on the shit gonsai pulled

what you want to believe is that people who don't agitate for their rights are people who didn't really want or care about their rights and who maybe were never wronged at all. but actually, most people just don't want to fight. you can wrong them and they look at the harms and the effort it would take to even attempt to fight back against the harm and they go nah bruh. not because a harm hasn't been done. not because they aren't mad or hurt. just because they dont see a benefit that outweighs the risk and effort. this isn't because a benefit isn't there. it's just that the fucking asshole wg limpet on the other side is more willing to yell about it forever than they are.

for all the fucking bullshit talk of rules and doing the work that the pro-gonsai, anti-victim side has, ultimately, gonsai has a very strong motivation to clear his name, and the people he fucked over in jgk have a much lower motivation to defend their right to play in a game run by gonsai. they don't want to play in the game run by gonsai. they are ultimately only bargaining for the hypothetical possibility that they might get to play in the same game without gonsai. this is a fundamentally weak position.

but it's not unjust because it's weak. it's weak because gonsai intentionally lied to and fucked with them. gonsai did shit that can't be excused. all discussion about what the victims do or don't do is distraction from gonsai's actual lying and manipulation.
