i'm not going to point at any specific game because i think most games in the past two years or so have shifted to five big prompts with three or four little prompts within the big prompt, so.... between 15 and 20 options? that's ridiculous
just give me three events and let me decide what i want to do at each
extra thumbs down for the games that offer 'helpful hints' for players who have writers block and don't know what to do by adding in a seperate block of additional options. i know they're trying to be helpful, but it's excessively pandering.
seriously, if you can't look at an overall event at a dinner party and decide on ANYTHING for your character do to, maybe this a creative hobby isn't for you
