i think the person who did that meme doesn't understand the actual concept. hear me out is supposed to be about your weirdest, ugliest, strangest person/thing you would want to fuck, and you post a 'hear me out' about why they're fuckable. like grimace from mcdonald's. "hear me out, guys, but free McFlurrys and milkshakes for life!" or No Heart from Care Bears "hear me out, guys, but it's basically like fucking a human lightning bolt with magical zappy dicks". conventionally attractive suggestions is the antithesis of the actual meme. The image is a joke about how a lot if guys will have their "hear me outs" be just an attractive normal woman (or man, depending on one's leanings). But it doesn't exactly hit for the meme it's being used for, yeah.

Frankly I do find the framing a bit weird and even weirder if they're not talking about rping smut with this. It's not like romantic relationships involve emotions so different they might as well be between different species, if the relationship is m/m vs m/f vs f/f.
