I'm a solid 75% of the way through and there are some good elf and dwarf bits, though I'd hardly call them lore heavy. Really, dwarf fans are going to be eating best in this game considering how this is the first Dragon Age game that actually gives a single shit about dwarves.
But at the same time, this game does things like "literally never even mention the Chantry" or "underplay how serious the Blight is" that make me wonder why they're choosing the aspects of the setting they're focusing on. Even the terrible Netflix animated show put focus on how Tevinter endorses slavery, why is that fact only barely mentioned in the main game?
