mods should be able to freeze their character's threads immediately and without warning if they don't like how they're going!

you can't expect the mods at laby to run the game AND communicate with their players AND post an overflow for sleepr that one time!

honestly, starting to wonder if the jasmine and bb thread isn't at least part of why the network is currently down
