wild opinion: it wasn't hijacking until several other characters started responding to that initial 'negative' comment.

If it'd just been between BB and Jasmine where they disagree on whether a wedding is the best use of someone's time in response to a wedding announcement, i don't see how that would be hijacking. that feels on topic and on brand to me

but at least 5 other characters rushing in to either chew BB out or agree with her, basically dogpiling and taking the interaction away from jasmine herself, does feel like hijacking

which is why it's wild to me the mod ruling was about negative CR and not about intense threadjacking. but i still havent figured out what lil's actual problem with the situation was beyond 'this IC discussion spiraled in a way i didn't like'

that is Lil's actual problem, like that's the whole thing- too many people weren't playing along with the post like she wanted and expected.

now, why that bothered her so much, whi can say. does she want Jasmine to be the main character of the game, is she bad at ooc vs. ic and took BB's reply personally, was it just her know-it-all stuff getting ruffled bc she didn't foresee any negative character responses? none of those sound unlikely tbh
