I remember having this problem last game I was in and I couldn't figure out at first how even after taking them off my TL it was still full of their stuff and others. Finally looked closer and saw I had someone who decided to very diligently replurk EVERY SINGLE BEGGING PLURK on their own timeline. Removed them. Finally was able to find peace.
