The Spock player made a 600+ comment plurk whining about AC, anon. And a few others chimed in about AC being too high. The slow taggers have been bitching since the game opened and been trying to get the mods to change it ever since.

yeah that's an example of no hook so it's beyond writing skill and onto just sucking at rp. you can be bad at writing craft but still good at rp and vice versa

while i would never join this game personally having a space for people who would rather just talk about characters than rp isn't a problem except in that this is wankgate

there are people who just want to plan and not actually rp, let them do that. the problem is when physically disabled players are assumed to be the target audience. many physically disabled players have inconsistent speeds but i don't know any who would rather plot than rp.

THIS is what makes it weirder. having a friends server loosely associated with a game because all the friends rp together is normal, but advertising it in the official discord has turned the corner into bizarro world.

Wait I don't get it. They can't get a thread with new CR to five comments three times? I'm lost as to the problem unless this game is a lot smaller than I thought. Or unless it's supposed to be 15 comments three times and not 15 comments total. I understand not being able to get a 30 tag inbox thread with new cr, but nobody is asking for that. Even allowing for tag outs that aren't answered, they have over 60 players, three people will tag you back four times!

+1 this is how we all end up wanting to see the plurk. show us the plurk. don't just constantly reference the plurk.

i am a little disappointed as i expected these mods to suck somehow. i am seeing evidence of ... good or at least decent modding. at least airt warned it wasn't wanky.

right so all of these people HAVE BEEN making activity, just to be clear. it's not impossible

but it gets legitimately really frustrating because the events don't get posted until halfway through the month, so if you start 5-10 chunky meaty threads on the 20th, you might only get 3 tags each by the 31st and you've actually failed AC

it's just a silly technicality that was penalizing people who were actively engaging in the game, who asked for a rule change about the thread limit and not about anything else. it was not anything worth coming to WG over. except there's this known player who is whiny as hell and comes here trying to make a fuss about nothing
