It doesn't really. If anon's burnt out on modding, it might be time to consider moving on, whether they're the only mod who actually does shit, or are part of a decent, on-the-ball mod team.
even if it's a game you enjoy, if you're burnt out on modding, don't do it. It'll just drain you of your motivation for the game and feel like a chore. If your heart isn't in it, don't force yourself.
i agree with y'all but if the mod is burnt out and is a significant presence in the game (head-mod, co-mod, not just a random list mod) please let the team know and the playerbase know so that if the game is still thriving, it doesn't just nosedive into oblivion. give them notice so they can pick up where you left off, if interest is still there.
