Basically forgive-and-forget. Jade was possessive over Davesprite (their mutual friend), was verbally snappy and argumentative with her, and even tried to kill Vriska at least once iirc? Which, honestly, was probably a reflection of Man-D being possessive over Davesprite's CR and blurring IC/OOC, but I won't go into that. It's enough that Man-D's IC actions with Jade made the climate between Jade and Vriska a very hostile one, which made Jade's relationship with Davesprite a tense one, too, since Davesprite was dating both of them (being Jade's boyfriend and Vriska's moirail).
Man-D realized that Jade's aggression towards Vriska was harming her CR with Davesprite and wanted Vriska to just forgive Jade and start over fresh. Which, anyone who knows Homestuck knows that Vriska doesn't forgive anyone, especially after months of bitterness between them. So when Louise told her it wasn't going to work like that, Man-D presumably took that as "bullying" and "blocking her CR" and decided she couldn't RP there anymore.
Not that long ago. Only a handful of months, maybe?
The fact that "tildeanon" doesn't have their story straight just makes me think that she hasn't, since the story that "omg Louise kicked her out" is still floating around.
IMO tildesanon is either trolling or seriously misinformed. The story I got from Aaron herself back when this was going down was that Louise politely asked her not to tag her anymore, so they both left eachother alone. She dropped some time after this incident for a variety of reasons, not just because of Louise. A lot of the cast didn't tag her and the game itself wasn't going anywhere, and she acknowledged that she messed up her characterization early on. At no point did she ever say or imply to me that Louise was the sole reason she was dropping.
I do think she's changed since then and it sounds like what happened with Louise was a misguided attempt to fix her mistakes. However you want to look at it, there haven't been any new deets at all and this is starting to reek of grudgewank.
+1 at things not going anywhere, being a former singanon. the game has been drying up pretty consistently since mid-march, which was a pretty hefty contributor to the drops - aaron/man-d among them.
but yeah, everything else here i more or less spot on, to my knowledge. louise doesn't go here, so whatever anon trying to call them out is seriouly dumb as fuck.
