reigninginstars has always been only barely IC at the best of times. I love the mun to death, so I've tried really hard to see her Shepard in a positive light, but it's always seemed like a kid trying to pretend to be badass. And then she turns around and does something like cry over a fight with Garrus. I don't remember any other specific examples but I can find them if you'd like.
As for Varis, I was on her plurk for a while and I saw her trash a good handful of other shepards without remorse just for having icons she didn't like, and she went off on a thing about how the only reason anyone ever plays Kaidan is because he's gay now. I took her off of my plurk because I felt like she was one of the 5 or 10% of this fandom that is incredibly elitist and rude.
