Again, no horse in this race, so your point could very well stand. If she actually lets her fears known publicly, then her assailant could be anyone. But if she only let a few people actually know about this trigger, then it does narrow down the list of suspects. Unless those people have loose lips, anyway.

Honestly, I don't have much of a horse in this race either, I just don't like seeing the entire game tarred with the same brush when it could easily have been someone outside the game. Witch hunts are never effective or good. I have no idea how many people might have known about her trigger, but like I've said before, it's an extremely common one and there isn't much reason to assume that they were using private information to harass her. Even if we *were* assuming that, that narrows it down to 'people on Sara's plurk', not 'people in Adstring'. There are lots of people in Adstring not on her plurk, like me.
I agree that it's not indicative of the game, and I don't think it's fair to say 'Ads is a horrible game because of this one person,' but it also does leave a pretty bad impression, imo.
