Those aren't "facetwins," you idiot. They're people with a mild resemblance. In some cases, similar hair and coloring makes it seem stronger than it is.
(The Keira/Natalie thing only worked because Keira was ~12 and heavy makeup was involved. Katy Perry's look is almost completely artificial. "Facetwins" in games are visual clones, not people who look like they could maybe be cousins.)
