Secondly it sounds like you want her to stop tagging out to other people. Which Im failing to see how that's a bad thing? And as far as I can tell she tries to get a variety of CR and puts effort into being involved. Being friends with mods wouldn't do much for her if she didnt tag out.
The Mun is really a good person so you can just go up to one of her HMDs and leave her crit if you think she's too involved or something.
