biggest namedropped player there is Tifa, but she's not as bad as she was before. there aren't any "power casts" at the moment, and the bigger casts that ARE in there right now still tag outside their circles......so that's a plus. the new mods are working out from what i can tell, everything is up to date and seems to be running smooth.
personally, i think it's improved. there was a good app round last time, and right now there's about 20 reserves. looks good? no one to really look out for. i didn't have much trouble getting cr.
the only thing i'd say to look out for is the fact that natalie has a character reserved. not gonna bother dragging up that whole clusterfuck, but she does come with warning labels.
