Hi, anon! I'm just going to jump in here to clear some things up, but this is addressed to the thread itself, I guess.
Like the other anon said, this is something we've been developing since last May, and we had been writing the AU for some time before Madi apped York in. As of now, Wash and York aren't even in a ship - they're just close friends and roommates. We've been pretty transparent that it's heading in that direction, but even after a year it's not actually there yet.
We both have open HMDs (I think both have anon on/ip off, but if not just let us know) - mine is here, and Madi's is here. We'd be happy to discuss any concerns you have about our playing and/or characterization there. Thanks!
