I'm pretty sure the phrase [you guys I am literally] 'shaking and crying' came from Ciara's self-reported plurk reaction to the announcement that Siren's Pull was closing.
'Shaking and crying' was definitely around before that, it's been here for awhile as the drama queen community's pet phrase for showing how traumatized they are over basic run-of-the-mill things.
I'm honestly not sure why anybody uses it seriously anymore since it's become such a joke, but I've definitely seen plenty use it in earnest, the Siren's Pull meltdown people included.
