I can't even say anything, but I feel like 90% of the popular non-canon ships in this show have zero basis, especially the ones everyone bashes the canon ships over. (RED BEAUTY IS SOOOOOOOOO MUCH MORE CANON THAT RUMBELLE. HE'S MORE LIKE GASTON. RUBY IS THE SUPERIOR BEAST. Which is way more fucking delusional than the Captain Swan fans have ever been.)
I still scratch my head at the people who vehemently ship Ruby/Archie. They've had ONE SCENE TOGETHER EVER.
The fandom is basically worse than SPN because there's MORE ships to be delusional about and there's more canon ships to villainize and put through the ringer in the name of their ships.
Reasons why I avoid the fandom, tbh. I like the canon ships a lot and I'm a big Rumbelle shipper and it gets really frustrating seeing a good (if not overly dysfunctional) ship reduced to BLARGHBLARGH CIS BULLSHIT HE'S ABUSIVE AND DOESN'T DESERVE HER. WARGHABLE.
