what's hilarious here is that fandom attention for an almost completely unknown canon like this probably a really good thing. I can see if they were throwing it under the bus or something. Yeah I'd be pissed if someone was trying to smear the work I worked hard to create too. But that's not what happened.
I'm a huge supporter of local theater and it looks like they mostly perform in MA where I live, only bout twenty minutes from me in fact. I might have actually gone to see this if they did a 2013 season because it looks like it could be amusing.
But now that I see what a bitch the creator apparently is... well that's a nope. Never gonna happen. Wouldn't even go to see it if I got free tickets.
I am actually considering writing a review at Yelp about this.
