For the most part, I think it was just one anon whining about the plot and trying to justify their dislike for it. From what I saw in the plotting post Ganon-mun was more or less telling people "I don't know if Ganon would do that" or "There's no basis for him doing this in canon" when people brought up things that would BENEFIT Ganon.
