this. i've seen smaller games work just fine with less than 30 characters because the players that were left cared and were having fun.

yeah, seriously, who cares? it isn't like they are TRYING to be a huge game or anything. and the game's still only, what, 3 months old? and this is only the second AC? i don't think that's all that out weird. and as long as they're having fun who gives a fuck. it's pretty obvious there are at least a few people who want to see this game sink, and i don't think they're even in the game.
