in a random sea of m/m, I just sigh for lack of options, like above anon.

What I really have to work to keep from getting under my skin (and it usually gets under there to a degree anyway) is when they tell me 'no, no, I LOVE this pairing! I LOVE writing with you!' when it comes to my girl and their guy

and then they drop threads five tags in while tagging like a little tornado on random m/m pairings everywhere and anywhere else.

thanks, nonnie. I knew I couldn't be the only one but damn, it's nice to hear someone else agree.

i play m/m and m/f equally but i get really tired of just doing m/m threads. every now and then i get a good m/f thing going on but it ends up getting dropped in favor of an m/m thread i'm doing with the same person.

it's more like "i love writing m/m with you" than anything else and i'm getting to the point where i'm tempted to just drop smutty threads in general and see what happens.

do you use the word 'pussy' in your tags?

because I drop threads like a hot potato if that word shows up in a smut tag, that's how quick it kills my het boner

yes because your completely subjective opinion on a single word must be why their threads are being dropped

unless YOU are the one dropping their thread, nobody cares what you think

Have you thought about sending whoever you're writing with a PM at the start, nonnie? I know there are words that just don't work for me and I usually let the other person know ahead of time if I don't write with them regularly. Makes things much easier on both of us. To answer your question: no, I don't use it but we've never actually gotten to the point it would be mentioned anyway before they drop the thread.
