Not that I'm doubting you, anon, but I don't know Skyla for shit. Until they prove themselves a problem to me, I try to give them the benefit of a doubt unless their infamy hits Mike level stupidity. They just haven't hit my radar like that.
A drive-by anon here who's dealt with Skyla in the past, here to say that she's proven herself to be a problem multiple times in many previous games. Stuff has been brought up about her in regards to when she played at The Love Hotel, Luceti, Destiny Strings, Tower of Animus, etc. She's been around the block, anon, she just has a huge legion of whiteknights at her disposal and, admittedly, some of the wank she got was stupid on the end of both parties.
From my personal experience, she's an all-around unpleasant and two-faced person, incredibly OOC with all of her characters, and not any fun to roleplay with whatsoever. She's not super toxic and she's not super obvious with how wanky she is, mostly because she is incredibly PA and guilt trippy, so she tends to seriously fly under the radar.
