not in the game, by why should non-anon be pointed out to the mod? they clearly know it's not on and they made it that way for a reason. using a sock is a way for non-game people to come in and leave anon crit for a player in the game. as evidenced by this thread, sae doesn't have a lot of fans. it'd be easy for someone who'd had a bad run in with her to follow her to the game hmd and leave pissy pa crit in the guise of a sock when they weren't even in the game.

as far as i know, kissing and implied sex isn't disallowed in the comm and that reply already said that anything further between them was taking place out of comm. you're arguing something that makes no sense.
i say this as someone who does think this is ooc of both characters. even arguing isaac's sexual fluidity and the possibility of him being attracted to both genders (like so many of the quippy comments in the show have shown in relation to his new attachment to scott), the age factor is the problem here. isaac has issues with authority figures and adults and while it can be argued that 2014 cas is the furthest thing from either, he's still a 30+ year old looking man. attachment issues aside, isaac's daddy issues would pretty much ensure that he didn't have a daddy/older man kink.
Please don't accuse socks of being "people not even in the game who just hate Sae" because nobody is going to listen to you after you make such a wild assumption.
They could easily be people in the game who are avoiding outing themselves to Sae because Sae is overdramatic and will flip out even if she doesn't to their faces. You can bet she'll be bitching in a private Plurk about them. And while it's true that everyone talks shit about everyone, it's a lot easier to deal with someone as hysterical as Sae anonly.
then if that's the case and sae flips out after genuine crit that's not harassment, which by the way i don't think any of the crit given to her in that hmd was, there's clear and obvious proof of it and the mods can and should act accordingly.
i do understand where you're coming from and i'm not outright accusing any of the socks of being people not in the game who hate sae, but i'm just pointing out the reasoning as to why anon is off and why socks aren't allowed.
from a logistic pov, crit being left should be guaranteed to be coming from in the game and no socks/anon makes it so that people are more likely to think about what they're saying and how to phrase it in a way that doesn't come out bitchy than possibly saying the first thing that comes to mind in a potentially negative way. it's happened before in games with anon hmds and this just seems like the way the mods have come up with to guarantee that doesn't happen. the downside of this is that when dealing with someone who has the potential for being a wanky shitstorm waiting to happen, it makes people a lot less likely to be willing to bring up any actual crit because of the potential fall out.
it's not a perfect system, no, but at least if someone is willing to log in and leave that kind of concrit and sae reacts like a hyperactive walrus, it's there for everyone to see and point out and use as a 'this is why you don't crit sae', as well as being proof to the mods that this kind of behavior is not okay and might potentially give her a strike.
Speaking as a castmate to one of the characters involved, I'm honestly tempted to straight up PM them logged in and directly ask them not to bring up the relationship to my character.
But then that makes me seem like an ass because it would be hypocritical given the character I play.
youd have every right to do so. and keep the pm in case she reacts badly. just because you play a castmate doesnt mean you have to be okay with everything all your castmates do. if youre not comfortable with either the scenario or a players rendition of a character, you have no obligation to play with them.
plus one. you are not your character. if you are uncomfortable with this then it should be no skin off either of their backs to not bring up their squicky relationship stuff to you in the game.
