Well, its obviously not a very welcoming environment if any of these replies are from players of the game, which is unfortunate for other potential players.
Frankly, its not unreasonable for a person to be overwhelmed and concerned; though worrying about CR before the game has even opened is a bit premature. Homestuck is a very large canon with a lot of characters and the game did have a disproportionately large HS cast initially. Though no different than other games with, say, an enormous MCU cast, or dozens of Transformers?
Its definitely evening out though. I doubt they'll have any problems getting CR, provided the HS cast doesn't do exactly what everyone thinks they will and turn into a massive clique.
Though judging by the replies here this person has probably already been black-listed.
Good luck to the mod, though! It seems like a fun premise, and if they can muzzle the rapid dogs already infecting the game, they should be quite successful.
