yeah, it's hectic, but what else would you expect when a game gets so much interest within the first month of its opening? there is literally no other way to handle a brand new game with an exploding playerbase.
yes there is, it's called ooc plotting and people taking turns running plots and working together instead of everyone trying to do their own thing at the same time. as it is, it feels totally fragmented both ooc and ic and it's not a very welcoming atmosphere.
excitement is great and all, but not everyone needs to be in the spotlight right off the bat. there needs to be less posting and more tagging around.
