whoever is tagging is has the onus of checking when it's something that character changing. if you're talking a bout somebody with a short term injury and it's not a huge deal then expecting that's stupid, but if the character has a canon, major, disability then yeah. the assumption should probably be that they want to, you know, play the canon character. and if they're going to go seek out healers to interact with then they need to check and see if there's a way to avoid or not tag. if you're going to tag into them, then you need to check and see if they want their character radically changed from canon, if there's a way to avoid, or not to tag if the answer to both is no.
