i was surprised about that too. app quality matters but so does being able to follow some basic directions. i felt a bit surprised about some of the rejections and also wonder what the one accepted hq did better than the others.
this round with the exception of some OCs i felt like everyone more or less had similar app qualities, with some being a bit more streamlined in structure than others.
didn't the yuu drop in thinking he was playing a game? that can't help a mod accurately judge how IC a character is being. but i didn't follow them so i don't know how long that went on for.
