two anonymous plurks that have become undead. moyi is advertising a social networking site (i think the anons in the plurk deduced that it was posted by plurk itself), and the cookie monster one reads "i learned so much from cookie monster" and has two images with quotes from him on them.
both got widely-replurked, so they're showing up on a lot of peoples' timelines, and since they are public they keep getting found both by spambots and legitimate users who keep replying and replurking them thus causing them to become unmuted and show up on everyone's timelines again. the cookie monster one was posted i think last august and the moyi one in october and to this day they are still showing up.
I don't think there's any way to block the Moyi one because it is put out by plurk. So that's not due to people on your timeline who have replurked it. I've had luck with it staying muted though, although I keep my quota of muted plurks pretty low. As soon as you mute a certain number of plurks, it kicks one off the list, which hypothetically should be enough because MOST plurks don't have responses after such a long period of time, but those do because they keep getting spammed.
