i'd say that him going "hey ladies, look! i'm a girl too! and a lesbian!" made him worse than just the average skeezy asshole. it upgraded him to a high grade skeeze.
they were actually fairly infamous, not up there with stormy and mike maybe but basically that antman before we got that antman. well known as a creeper with a lesbian fetish and a shit writer on top of that as far back as the rps days, as evidenced by google search being able to pull up mentions of kevin on acj as far back as 2012
this whole transruse thing is actually a pretty recent development, within the past 6 months iirc. he floated it at first, got roundly mocked and wanked on, then disappeared for a while. him showing up again with this k_bell vagdiver was what sparked off the second wave
