snacky never had meta. she answered questions and was a list mod. she tried to get it from lark and legs but only succeeded at the second mod changeover. hence the new mods having a meta doc and snacky having a bunch of random shit from faq type shit.
how she ended up the assigned scapegoat instead of lark and legs we know always had all the meta i don't fucking know.
still doesn't change the fact that legs and lark should be getting a lot more shit than they have. i don't care that much but it's weird that they didn't.
tbf, snacky says "I didn't have access to all the meta. But since I was planning events and status perks, and answering player questions, I was told pieces from time to time, so I've assembled the bits I know below."
i saw her say on plurk that it took her a long time to write that up because she had to pull all things together in a cohesive fashion. and kale said on plurk that he was given a meta doc from kam, and it sounded like it had stuff snacky didn't know on it.
so it does sound to me like it was random stuff she was fed piecemeal which she then tied all together.
snacky dropped the ball in a couple places, but lark and legs dropped it the hardest by far. they just bailed off immediately and from the sounds of things? pretty much refused to give up whatever they had, and jade already confirmed that "the meta doesn't exist" theory is a crock of shit so they can't use that excuse either.
kam was a lost cause from the start because she was too busy pretentiously formatting her tags to do any real modwork and dealing with the [mental health] crisis of the day. i'm sympathetic to it but if it gets to a point where you're just hurting yourself with your hobbies, you need to step down. and she needed to a lot sooner than she did.
snacky is shit but she's still the least shit out of all them. at least she's trying.
while i agree that snacky dropped the ball a couple of times, from what i understand, all the ball-dropping was because she needed stuff from legs and lark.
to me it looks like she did the best she could as mod, with a really shitty mod team alongside her. i don't blame her for dropping balls when it looks like she was doing all the work of four people with only half the information she needed to do the job.
tl;dr snacky's not shit, and if kael and nammah had any common sense, they'd ask her to stay on as mod with them.
