for the same reason that playing any disney princess ever is basically like ringing the dinner bell for all the freaks and creepers to come slithering out of the woodwork
with all the ne'er do-wells she's had to deal with over the years it's really no surprise that neko refuses to tag back 99.9% of the people who tag her. we make fun of her, but just imagine having to play in her skirts for a week
