They are likely hoping mods will allow it, since they allowed the ones that didn't make it in the previous reserve period. Or they're fucking stupid.

The FFXIII one's probably just fucking stupid, since reserves were already closed by the time they posted.

I don't blame them. The mods keep making up the rules as they go, and those "extra" reserves are technically the 23rd and 24th that were posted in that reserve round.
