i dont know how any character from that game is appable aside from red and royce. all the other characters only play a background role/don't even have dialogue aside from asher.

the sword guy literally spends the entire game talking to you. he has at least as much personality as red

i don't mind him apping in as long as he plans to do something besides shmoopy fluff with red all the time

The problem is that, despite having the most dialogue and personality out of all the game's characters, the sword guy has next to no backstory to him. Anything about this guy besides "he knows Red" and "he got stuck in the transistor" is going to be headcanon. We don't even know his name.

knowing how that personality came to be via backstory is also pretty important. there should be more to a character than how he talks to and treats one another character.

by that logic they shouldn't really have allowed Sybil either since her backstory is basically just "organizes events and is yandere for Red"

and nobody complained about her that I remember. idk I'm going to bow out of this argument before people start calling whiteknight on me

i agree. i'm not gonna call ayrt a whiteknight because they're not. i see their point and rp should be fun, but there's just some characters that shouldn't be played in a game because you may as well call them ocs with how much headcanon they'll have.

i could be way off, but i feel like the mods were caught off-guard with mituna the first time around, and as such gave the app a little more leeway

maybe it'll be different this time and they'll scrutinize more when it comes to the headcanon rule
