azula is ooc mainly because erin uses her as a mouthpiece. she did it in gnd, she did it in eachdraidh, she's still doing it now. 4 years ago was when her shitheelery with azula started. it doesn't show signs of ending any time soon.

erin seems to completely ignore the beach episode. ymmv on whether that was a good or bad episode, but it showed us what azula is like on a more mundane social context. azula is a broken teenager with little to no social skills when it comes to people outside her circle of friends, a trait that erin throws out the window so she can have her 3edgy little miss badass.

erin has a long history of playing azula (who is 14 years old i might add) as a suave sexpot when canon shows her to be the exact opposite

she's a sadistic progidy, so obviously she must be a sex goddess

who is down to bang her brother of all people. her brother. she has family issues out the ass, and i don't think her being "unstable" or sadistic would drive her to want to fuck him.

not even in the game, but doesn't azula very easily command the respect of the dai li and her own subordinates? she's terrible at making or keeping friends, yes, and she's terrible at trying to flirt, but considering how smooth she is when she's dealing with people like toph or sokka, i don't think this complaint holds any water unless she's getting into, like, healthy relationships and shit.

She's not. She wasn't in Eachdraidh long enough to make any outstanding judgments and so far she hasn't even written smut in Tana, not that I can find. I'm not really getting a sauve sexpot vibe right now.

you are trying really hard, and that would be admirable if you were idk doing CPR on a beloved grandparent or training to be a pokemon master, but you're not and you need to stop.

to be totally honest i don't like erin myself because of reasons already listed by other anons. but her azula hasn't struck me as ooc. idk if anon is forgetting or just unaware that she played her at zodion too and i remember a network post where she had to go to the network to "ask" for help or as good as you'd get with azula at least and i read some of the follow up log she was definitely not suave sexpot there

the gnd stuff was fucked up and i am still wary of her toxic attitude but keep the ic ooc line clear here the problem isn't the character its the player
