i think they might have caved her based on the amount of complaints.

They clearly didn't think she'd done anything recent, judging by their reaction when a lot of folks handed them a treasure trove of screencaps and pastebins of her behavior among the new TFA crowd

right. that's why people aren't playing in it. i'm going to be so annoyed if selwyn is the reason people blame memezilla for going down if (and likely when) it does. ignore a fucking tag. you can do it. no one will blame you for it. and it's not like i saw her tagging anyone anyway. goddamn, man. people treat her like the fucking boogieman. that master is 10x worse. and guess what? you can ignore both.

yeah i don't get why people can't ignore her. she's a big weirdo but what damage is she actually doing? lots of people annoy me but i don't need them banned i just ignore them and get on with my life

i think the problem with selwyn is that she's got some really strange ideas on things (casual racism being one) and she also has a big non-con kink, i guess? she tries to force it on people, even when people have told her that non-con is triggering to them. i personally don't give a shit about non-con as a kink, but it's not hard to understand why other people would get up in arms over it, especially if someone is pushing it onto someone.

so, i guess if she's not preemptively banned, the logic behind refusing to post is "cut my losses so i don't get potentially triggered by her bullshit." or at least that's one of the reasons.

even if you do ignore her tags or harassing pms, it's a lot harder to ignore when she posts actual crime scene photos to a meme toplevel. nobody wants to see that when they're just trying to scroll through a meme to see who to tag. she does need to be banned.
