i click the OC's journal, and there's pretty much no info inside other than that he's a king. well, okay. i PM the other player to ask them about their OC and see if i can get a sense of whether they'll mesh with my character. i get some rambling PMs back that are 0 percent helpful, and after a couple back and forth, all i've learned about the OC is that he's nice and friendly and a king... and that the player herself is married and has a kid, works a retail job, is very busy, is going to cook dinner now, blah blah blah before i stopped responding
to this day i'm still utterly baffled as to why she wanted to tell me all this

Is there a polite way to tell a mod that you think their AC requirements are too stringent? I'm in a small game right now and we've had quite a few people get booted out because they couldn't meet the AC requirements, which I've rarely seen happen in games before. One of the most active players in the game even made mention that they're having trouble getting enough threads going to make AC.
