agreed, mods are only human and are allowed to get annoyed over stuff. i would agree it's not cool if their plurk is public but if it's private, i don't see the harm in venting since it's not like random people are going to be stumbling across it.

I think you misunderstood me. She definitely should have put that shit in a pp to a few people but Jeni is too much of a dramawhore for that.

I want to agree with this because I've seen it be such a problem for actually good mods in other games but

tbh these mods use "we're only human" as an excuse way too often for everything. It's their response to any kind of crit, including basic things like actually checking invites in their invite-only game, or providing information on a deadly event. It's reached a point where coming from them it's insulting, so I do think in this case they need to be reminded to act professional once in a while.

that's fair. i don't know anything about these mods or the game, i'm just tired of the idea that mods aren't allowed to have opinions on anything or talk about anything anywhere, even on their own private plurks.

mods are definitely allowed to get annoyed

mods are ALSO allowed to have tittybaby meltdowns in which they threaten to close the game and also talk poorly about ex players in "private" plurks viewable to ~70 people, BUT that will make those mods look like complete asshats

just because they can doesn't mean they should
